On 15 July 2015, Mr. Dusit Manapan, Consul-General of Thailand in Osaka, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Taizo Mikazuki, Governor of Shiga Prefecture, to introduce himself officially after the Consul-General of Thailand’s assumption of his duty. Both sides expressed the readiness to enhance the existing close cooperation in all areas.
