Consul-General of Thailand in Osaka invited Japanese Media from Kansai to visit Thailand
The Royal Thai Consulate – General in Osaka organized a project called “Thailand – Life is Good” inviting Japanese media to visit Thailand from 13-19 September 2015.
On 14 September 2015, Consul-General Dusit Manapan and the media paid courtesy calls on high-level representatives of the Royal Thai Government including H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, H.E. Ms. Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul, Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, Mr. Pongsathorn Kessasamli, Deputy Governor for International Marketing (Asia and South Pacific) of Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Osaka has continuously invited selected Japanese media from Kansai Region to visit Thailand to enhance Thailand-Japan bilateral relations, promote Thai tourism, and create better understanding about Thailand in Kansai region. This year, the invited media visited places of historical significance and natural beauty in Bangkok and Koh Samui. The media also participated in Thai cultural workshop at Sampran Riverside Thai Village.
