Reception to celebrate H. M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 88^th Birthday Anniversary

         On 4 December 2015, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Osaka held a reception on the occasion of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 88th Birthday Anniversary at the Imperial Hotel Osaka. About 600 guests including foreign diplomats, representatives from Japanese government offices and private sectors, and Thai residents in Kansai region attended to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Mr. Ichiro Matsui, Governor of Osaka, and Ambassador Akira Miwa, Ambassador for Kansai Region also attended. Ten Thai restaurants contributed by serving authentic and delicious Thai food in the reception. There were exhibition on H. M. the King’s work, the performance of the songs composed by H.M. the King by the Telemann Institute Japan and traditional Thai dance, in the reception.
