On 12 July 2016, Consul-General Dusit Manapan delivered an opening remarks at the “Thai Fashion & Textile Fair in Osaka (TFTO) Mission 2016”. The event was held by Thai Trade Center, Osaka office at Osaka Merchandise Mart (OMM) Building. Around 60 Thai companies attended and showcased their products in this event.
The objectives of the event were to promote business cooperation and to further expand trade opportunities in Fashion and Textiles Industries under the Japan – Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (JTEPA). The potential areas of cooperation between the
two countries are the development in designers, production technology and business management skills.
