On 29 July 2016, Consul-General DusitManapanwelcomed Mr. ChukiatRattanachaichan,  Secretary-General of the Office of Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) and his delegation to Osaka. The purpose of the visit was to observe two officers under the 9^th General Public Service Executive Development Program (PSED) who have been on their training at the Consulate for three months. Consul-General Dusit exchanged views with the Secretary-General Chukiat and his delegation for future cooperation on this matter.
