On 11 June 2017, Deputy Consul-General Chanida Kamalanavin visited Japan Brickfest  2017 which is Asia's largest international Lego fan event organized by Kansai Lego User Group at Canadian Academy in Rokko Island in Kobe during 10-11 June 2017. 
    Thai Lego User Group (T-LUG) also participated in this event by exhibiting the magnificent lego-bricked portrayals of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand which impressed the general public who attended the event tremendously.
