On Monday 26 June 2017, Mrs. Chanida Kamalanavin, Deputy Consul-General of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Osaka, represented the Thai side in the presentation ceremony of twohigh quality usedfire engines of Kyoto City for the City of KhonKaenfrom Mr. Daisaku Kadokawa, Mayor of Kyoto City, at Kyoto City Hall. The ceremony was attended by about 35 guests including Mr. Yasuaki Nishimura, Chairman of the Rotary Club of Kyoto Northeast, and Mr. SomchaiChiaranaipanit, representative of the Rotary Club of Kaen Koonin KhonKaen. The two Rotary Clubs will coordinate in transporting the two fire engines to Thailand to be presented to the City of Khon Kaen in the near future.
