Consul-General of Thailand to Osaka congratulates Thai Airways International on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the Bangkok - Osaka flight

On 19 November 2019, Consul-General Krit Tankanarat delivered the congratulatory remarks at the reception on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the Bangkok - Osaka flight at Landmark Square Osaka. Present were Mr. Nond Kalinta, Thai Airways International Vice President of Sales, Mr. Atsunori Tsuru, Secretary-General of the Association of Travel Agents in the Kansai Region, Mr. Weerawat Rattana, General Manager for Western Japan, Thai Airways International, Osaka Office, as well as travel agents, hotels, restaurants and media. On that occasion, Consul-General Krit congratulated Thai Airways General Manager and his staff at the Osaka office, as well as both the airline’s Thai and Japanese business partners for being part of the success.
Thai Airways International operates the Bangkok - Osaka flight since 1964. At present, the airline has 14 flights per week from Bangkok to Osaka and plays an important part in promoting trade, investment, tourism and people to people relations between Thailand and Japan.
